We manufacture sugar confectionery. This is all that we do, and we are very good at what we do. All of the sugar confectionery that we sell is manufactured by us at our factory as detailed above.
It is your satisfaction which we strive to achieve, if at any time you feel less than satisfied please contact us in the first instance. We will always endeavour to solve any problem.

How to make a purchase.
Simply add any items that you require to your basket, this does not constitute a purchase, you will have ample time to change your mind.
When you have finished making your selections, click the checkout button. Here you will be asked for some details which we require in order to fulfil your request.
Payment in full should now be made, using one of the methods offered.

It may not be possible to complete your order at this stage if you have requested certain personalised confectionery. You will be contacted later if this is the case.

Business customers are invited to open a credit account. The terms of said account will be 30 days from date of invoice. An invoice will be despatched within a week of the order being despatched. Orders from business customers should be via an official purchase order, by fax, post, or e-mail.

Shipping of goods is usually by courier. The courier that we use will require a signature upon delivery of the goods. Considering this fact please ensure that the delivery address given is an appropriate one.
If, by chance there is nobody available to sign for your goods, the courier will leave a card detailing what should be done next. This will usually entail calling their depot to rearrange delivery, at a time convenient to you. If you do not call the number, after three days the goods could be sent back to us. If this unfortunate event takes place, we will be forced to charge you again for delivery.

Returns, refunds cancellations.
We are confident that you will love our confectionery. We are so confident that we will refund all costs incurred by you, if the goods are returned to us within seven days in the condition that they were when they left our factory.
Sounds too good to be true? It is, because we have one condition: If the confectionery is made to order, personalised to your own specification, we can not accept the goods back, nor will we refund your money. Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean we will ignore you. We just can’t refund money when someone changes their mind or decides they would rather have a different flavour. We will always utilise the best of our ability in the manufacture of your personalised confectionery. Our products are handmade and this is part of their appeal. Mistakes are rare, but, if one is made this will, of course, be corrected.
Quantities quoted, are approximate, in particular with respect to our Rock Sweets. The design of the sweet can have an effect on the quantity supplied. The amount can vary + or – 10%. If the number of pieces is crucial, please let us know at the time of placing the order.

Schedule for delivery is usually two to three weeks. If the item is in stock we will despatch within three working days, but usually sooner. If you have a deadline for delivery this should be disclosed when you place the order. If you have a deadline and it is not made clear to us, we can not be held responsible for any loss whatsoever.

Tax and Currency. All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Value Added Tax will be charged at the prevailing rate. 17.5% at the moment.

Overseas buyers should note that our confectionery complies with European laws with regard to ingredients. However, it would be wise to check with your food regulators for banned substances which may not be allowed into your Country. A full list of the ingredients we use can be requested from us.

Privacy is important to us all, and we are committed to yours. We will never divulge your details to a third party (except where we must, such as delivery address). We take great pride in the goods that we make, and occasionally we are so pleased with a product that we like to photograph them for use in our own marketing. If you are not prepared to allow the use of images of your confectionery, please make this clear, in writing, at the time of placing your order.
